Both Laser/Light and Sclerotherapy are safe and effective for the improvement of varicose and spider veins. Treatment varies depending on the size, color and depth of the vessels. Hypertonic Saline (salt water) is injected directly into the veins in the Sclerotherapy technique. 

Vascular lasers are used to target the red color in the vein. Patients are required to wear pressure stockings for a week after treatment and multiple treatments are performed for optimum results.
